The Chromodynamics Project was initiated by Alexander Naymushin (VJ Kirsan) in 2007. It can not be put into a particular stylistic frame; rather it is a visual and acoustic dialog. It is an attempt to create an integral form, where the visual level makes a new dimension complimentary to the musical accompaniment.
The project regularly uses new syncretical genres: video-art, painting, media art mixed with sound experiments and contemporary dance. The result would be sort of exploring these art interceptions. The orientation of the whole project on non-repeatability (almost no use of recorded material) of the programs is principal. Thus, all of the participants are encouraged to search the visual correspondence to the music, at times creating a paradoxial mix.
The Chromodynamics project provides a vast space for artistic expression both for young and experienced artists, musicians, dancers and poets. Discovering each other's personal creative nature and exploring their interceptions, the project rather becomes an art-laboratory.
